Commodes
  • Provides a raised toilet seat height (17”-20”) for easier standing
  • Arms on either side for assistance to sit or stand
  • Can be used at bedside for evening use or emergency situations
  • Available in heavy duty (up to 1,000 lb. weight capacity), drop arm, with wheels as a shower chair/commode combination, and folding styles.

  • Not as stable/supportive as the free standing commode

Wall Grab Bars
  • Essential for safety in difficult to maneuver areas
  • Common Placement:
    • Along wall while stepping into/out of shower of tub
    • Next to toilet (if commode not in place)
    • Inside bathtub or shower stall to help stand from shower chair
    • Inside or outside the home where there are stairs w/o a rail
Shower Accessories
  • Shower head mounts easily to existing shower
  • Allows maneuverability of shower head for hygiene washing in seat positions

Bath Chairs
  • Allows for bathing when patient is not able to safely step over the tub wall
  • Decreases chance of slipping or falling in tub or shower area
  • Available without back, with hygiene cutout, or foldable
Tub Transfer Bench
  • To use in the bathtub when patient is not able to safely step over the tub wall
  • The user is able to sit or transfer to the bench and safely swing their leg over the tub while scooting into the tub area
  • Available padded or with a commode cutout
